Media Features
One of my favorite parts about my work is getting to talk about brands I already use and recommend in my one on one nutrition counseling. I feel authentic knowing that my recommendations are personal testimonials. Being featured in the media allows me to share my approach to nutrition on a much bigger scale, while also highlighting products that truly support my clients’ lives. It’s about building trust, sharing real-life solutions, and making nutrition feel doable.
With mentorship from the top echelon of media and nutrition spaces, getting the “thumbs up” on a product from Jess Villalvir signals credibility, alignment with evidence-based nutrition, and real-world applicability.
The backing from Jess positions brands in a way that resonates with today’s health-conscious consumer and supports stronger connection and loyalty.

“Hiring Jessica for a brand partnership was one of the best decisions I made this year. I would have never thought of her creative ideas. I hired her to host an in-person event and make some content.
She went above and beyond what we accorded and threw in some extras that I didn’t ask for.
She far exceed my expectations of what a dietitian could offer.”
